I am going to miss those freezing cold runs this winter, but don't think I won't be faster once this heave Myeloma is gone! There's also a chance that I will be taller, off blood thinners and ready to start doing triathlons. I am think stationary bike this winter....any thoughts?
If Lance can take up running, I can take up biking. The swim part will always be hard for me; although I have no excuse with my family connections and your domination in the pool.
